Jeddah International School (JIS) is a private international school welcoming students from Pre-KG through Grade 12. Since 1997 we have grown alongside our city, offering families a choice of two accredited pathways — an American / US Diploma program and a French Section following the French National Curriculum — with Arabic language and Islamic Studies at the heart of both.
Our staff, parents and Board of Trustees share one commitment: to keep JIS among the best quality schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, continuously developing our curriculum while remaining sensitive to the culture of our host country and our multinational community.
Pre-KG – Grade 12To deliver a well-balanced American, French Baccalaureate and international curriculum up to Grade 12 — continuously developed and improved, sensitive to the cultural beliefs of our host country and multinational community, and designed to prepare students for further and tertiary education in the Kingdom and abroad — while maintaining full accreditation and our license from the KSA Ministry of Education.

JIS maintains full accreditation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) and Cognia (formerly AdvancED), and is a member of the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA). As a College Board member school we administer PSAT and SAT pathways, with ETS assessments (TOEFL) supporting our English-language program.
MSA · Cognia · NESAA published Child Protection Policy, clear emergency procedures and an on-campus clinic keep every student safe and known.
A Parents School Association, open lines of communication and regular surveys make families part of every decision.
